How can I find out when the bins are collected?
To find out when your bins are collected, check your local council’s website by entering your postcode in their waste collection schedule.
I have a problem with my boiler. What can I do?
If you have a problem with your boiler, first check if the pilot light is on and whether your thermostat or boiler pressure needs adjusting. You can also check the boiler make and model and search for troubleshooting videos on YouTube, which may explain simple fixes. If the issue persists, report it to Space Management via email or phone, and we will arrange for an engineer to inspect and resolve the problem as soon as possible. If it's an emergency, please contact us immediately.
