Raising a Complaint At Space Management, we strive for professionalism and high standards, but we acknowledge that issues may arise. If you have a complaint, please submit it in writing, either by recorded delivery or email, detailing the issue as clearly as possible. Our Response Process Upon receipt, we will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and conduct a full review. A designated team member will investigate the matter and provide a written response within 15 working days, including relevant property records and third-party responses. If you remain unsatisfied, the complaint can be escalated to a senior team member, who will reassess and respond within 15 working days.
